With eight years experience in hospitality, Sarah has the chance to work with a number of luxury brands across the Cotswolds, creating tailored, high-quality experiences for both corporate and leisure clients. She is passionate about great food and knows how the right catering can truly take an event to the next level.

Head Chef

Our Group Head Chef (aka Boss Man), brings 17 years of hands-on kitchen experience across the Midlands and Cotswolds. Passionate about bold, seasonal flavours, he thrives in every kitchen section – from sauces to desserts. Off-duty, you’ll find him on the golf course or cooking up a storm on the BBQ for his family.

At Relish Catering, community is more than a buzzword – it’s woven into everything we do. We believe that how we operate is just as important as what we deliver, and we’re committed to making a positive impact on the people and places around us.

We proudly prioritise local product, working with regional suppliers to champion seasonal ingredients and support independent growers and producers. 

We also invest in the next generation of hospitality talent, building relationships with local schools and colleges to offer placements and hands-on experinece. By nurturing young people and opening the door to real-world opportunities, we help grow future stars of the industry.

Sustainability is at the core of our operations. We’re actively working towards being zero-waste catering team, with every event designed to minimise our environmental footprint – through thoughtful planning, waste reduction and smart sourcing.
