At Relish, we believe food is only as good as the team who makes it. And we’re lucky enough to have some of the very best. A tight-knit crew of chefs and creatives, who bring passion, skill, and a healthy dose of humour into the kitchen every day.
Here’s a closer look at some of the names (and faces) behind your plate.

Rob’s journey into food began after studying at Charterhouse, when he took a year out to train in some of the UK’s most respected Michelin-starred kitchens. That grounding led him to open three successful pubs in Bristol, where he balanced big flavours with a sharp eye for detail. Eventually, he moved to the Cotswolds and teamed up with Phil to launch Relish, Rob as Chef, Phil on ops.
Outside of the kitchen, Rob’s also the man behind the camera, with a sharp eye for detail and a deep love for good-looking food. His dishes don’t just taste good, they turn heads.
Andy leads the charge in the Relish kitchen. With 17 years of experience in some of the busiest and most demanding kitchens across the Midlands and the Cotswolds, he’s seen it all, and cooked even more.
His style is bold, seasonal, unfussy food with real depth. Whether it’s building a sauce from scratch, cooking fish to perfection or plating up a knockout dessert, Andy’s all in. A chef with a love for the craft and the chaos that comes with it.
Kieran – Now full-time at PK, Kieran’s been in kitchens since he was 16. He’s sharp, fast, and always one step ahead of service.
Charlotte – Our newest recruit and just starting out in the kitchen. Big enthusiasm, even bigger potential. We’re excited to watch her grow.
